Navinchandra & Co. introduces a newly developed Sorter Machine for separating rice based on  various colors. Navinchandra & Co. has done research in agricultural and gardening industry and come up with very integrated and high-tech machines for our country. Rice manufacturing companies find this machine of great use as they achieve high productivity because Colour Sorter machine sorts rice grain accurately and at high speed. This machine is useful in food processing and agriculture industry. The main advantage of Colour Sorter is that it is the only machine capable of cleaning Red Rice. Extremely small foreign substances can be rejected, by the latest visual processing system. Ejectors are equipped every 3.5 mm (the smallest ejector width in the world) to improve the yield rate. High sorting capacity is realized by the flat (plane) type chute. The rejected material is re-cleaned automatically. Belted CCD Camera sorter BS 2000 series are also available, depending on materials.

Arson Agro Industries introduces a newly developed Paddy Thresher for threshing the seeds. It first separates the head of a stalk of grain from the straw and then further separates the kernel from the rest of the head. The machine is very suitable for crop like wheat, gram and mustard. The threshing unit contains three sharp cutting blades with spike tooth cylinder.  The machine has adjustable pulleys and v-belts, which allows it to achieve variable engine speed to match up blower requirements. Two aspirator blowers are attached to threshing unit, which separates small pieces of crops residue from the seed. Arson Agro Paddy Thresher does not exert extra pressure on the engines of tractors and motors instead it gives 25% more output in an hour in comparison to other threshers.
